Through her many years of work in the area of Customer Insight and Customer Experience, she has facilitated in developing successful Customer Experience strategies.

An Engineer MBA and a Wharton alumni, Dipti is a veteran customer engagement and insights expert. Her area of expertise is in building and executing customer insight , customer experience and customer centricity solutions for organizations using both data and neuroscience.

Dipti has consulted with Fortune 500 companies who are some of the largest brands in Asia and globally.

Dipti is a on the IBS MBA school academic advisory board. She currently heads the Customer Insights and Value Delivery practice at Terragni Consulting, a People & Customer engagement strategy organization.

The Terragni team’s work earned them the Best CX Vendor, Best Customer Strategy award at Customer Fest Singapore in 2014 and 2017. Terragni has been nominated in the 25 most promising consulting companies in India two years in a row.
